Service Animals
Service animals trained to perform specific tasks as outlined under the ADA qualifications are exempt from this fee however; Emotional Support Animals (ESA’s) and “comfort” animals are not exempt.
Liability
The Dog Owner will be held liable for any damage caused by their animal to any person, the guest room, or any other area of the hotel.
A minimum fee of $150.00 will be assessed if any damage has occurred and will scale up based on level of damage. One-time fee of $29.00 does not relieve the guest of this responsibility. Dog Owner indemnifies Hotel of ANY liability brought forth as a direct result of dog’s and/or owner’s negligence.
Details:
- A non-refundable, one-time fee of $29.00 will be charged for each room during the stay
- All room types are dog-friendly
- Currently only accepting dogs 35lbs and under
- One dog per room (for additional pets, please inquire)
- Dog must be supervised at all times
- Should a dog be left unattended in the room, it must be placed in a kennel (including during housekeeping services)
- Dog must be on leash at all times in public spaces
- Owners responsible for picking up after dog
